此研究係針對1960至1990年間台灣經濟發展過程,分析其內外在之關鍵成功因素,同時透過對墨西哥經濟發展之審視進行比較分析,推論出目前墨西哥可借鏡之處。

It is an analysis of the key success factors of the Taiwan’s Economic Development Model through the period of 1960 to 1990, and its comparison with the Mexico Economic Development during the same period, projecting some factors that Mexico could apply in its present development.
