臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

　　人口失蹤的問題，莫不為全世界所有國家所重視。人口失蹤的問題，對失蹤者及其家屬，都是慘痛的經驗。無論是順利尋獲失蹤對象的虛驚一場，或者是遲遲無法順利尋獲的情況，其搜尋行動所耗費的人力、物力資源，都是難以估算的。
　　除了司法機關所屬的警察單位外，各國也都建立了民間協尋的組織，企圖利用社會以及群眾的力量，迅速地尋獲失蹤對象，以將傷害減輕到最低的程度。這其中又以較為弱勢的孩童、老人以及智能或精神異常的對象，更需要他人的協助以及救援。
　　鑒於智慧型手機普及率越來越高，本研究創建之人身保全系統，係基於智慧型手機的應用程式，透過行動定位服務，讓家屬以及相關單位能夠追蹤已失蹤或者失蹤機率較高的對象。另外，失蹤者也可透過手機或者智慧型手錶，來發出求助的訊息給家屬或者相關人員。
　　人身保全系統提供了家屬可獲得被追蹤者即時座標的管道，另外也包含了位置的歷程，使家屬可以更全面的了解被追蹤者的動向。並且也可開啟被追蹤者的相機，獲取即時的影像資訊，用以判斷被追蹤者所處的周遭環境。

The problem of finding missing persons is valued by all countries around the world. It is painful for the missing persons themselves as well as their family. Whether the missing persons are successfully found, or a situation that they could not successfully found, the manpower and material resources consumed by the search operations are enormous. In addition to the judicial police, non-governmental organizations are established in an attempt to quickly find the missing objects by exploiting the power of social as well as the masses. Among missing persons, vulnerable children, the elderly and the objects of intelligence or mental abnormalities need more help.
Given the increasing penetration of smart phones, we propose an android-based personal security system to track persons. Missing persons can also issue a help message to their families or related personnel through smart phones or smart watches.
