雲端運算基礎建設供應商藉由網際網路,提供使用者租用雲端運算資源,使用者從世界各地依照所需要的運算資源向供應商提出需求,但是基礎建設即服務供應商所擁有的資源有限,因此資源分配與服務品質協議對供應商而言相當重要,以往的文獻中,通常只針對如何排程使供應商的資源有效的被利用,卻很少討論如何使供應商得到最大的獲利,本文針對如何增加基礎建設即服務供應商的獲利提出一個方法,基於服務品質協議,藉由事先計算與客戶簽訂的SLA,挑選租用雲端資源的任務,確保供應商所出租的資源,可以獲得最大的利潤,經由實驗結果顯示,我們所提出的方法可以顯著的使供應商獲得較好的獲利。
In cloud computing environment, Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) providers make profit by renting their virtual resources (e.g. processing/power/bandwidth/storage) to consumers. However, the limited hardware resources cannot satisfy the consumer requirements. Previous studies only focus on how to increase resource utilization of IaaS providers but yet to pay attention to how to increase the profit of IaaS providers. This thesis proposes a resource allocation to increase the profit of IaaS providers based on service level agreement (SLA). The simulation results show that our mechanism can indeed increase the profit of IaaS providers.
