Inside drive electric roller is a driving equipment on semiconductor device. The device has many advantages including high transmission efficiency, long life, smooth operation, good sealing, saving space and easily assembling, and so on. In the future, it will have many advantages of manufacture in the soft electronic products.
The research focuses on studying planetary gear reduction mechanism used in the inside drive electric roller and analyzing the radial run-out when is rolling. Then, it uses dynamic simulation software ADAMS and FEM software ANSYS to simulate and analyze the radial run-out and position where occurred . Finally, it measures radial run-out for the actual data.
