節能減碳是重要的環保議題,特別是減少車輛碳排放及燃油消耗,雖然已有許多節能駕駛(Eco Driving)與油耗分析的研究,除了但受限於駕駛車輛種類與行駛環境的影響,往往僅能以油耗值作為衡量。本研究目的為提出綜合駕駛效益指標(Overall Driving Effectiveness, ODE)以分析駕駛行為對油耗的影響,提供個別駕駛行為的油耗估計,發展駕駛行為油耗分析技術。除了提供駕駛行為上效率的評估外,亦可以個別分析駕駛行為對油耗的影響程度,快速判斷駕駛時間耗損的原因,並建構駕駛行為之油耗預測模式,提供駕駛行為學習與修正建議,以提高車輛駕駛行駛效益。為驗證本研究之效度,利用車載機蒐集車輛行駛高速公路之油耗相關資料,從分析結果發現急加速、超速、高轉速都是造成耗油增加的重要因子。從ODE的損失中亦發現不當駕駛時間多寡,例如:怠速時間過長,使實際行駛的效率不佳。根據模式樹(model tree)所建立之油耗模型也可準確估計各分項之油耗,提供駕駛人效益與油耗的評量依據。本研究提出ODE將可作為節能駕駛之通用衡量指標,並建置於車輛系統,促進車輛智慧化與輔助節能駕駛。
Carbon reduction is an important environmental issue, in particular to reduce vehicle emissions and fuel consumption. Although there have been many studies regarding the eco driving and fuel consumption analysis, however, instead of using fuel consumption, there still lacks a general measure to evaluate eco driving effectiveness for different vehicles types and driving environment the vehicles types and driving environment. This study aims to propose an Overall Driving Effectiveness (ODE) index to analyze the impact of driving behavior on driving effectiveness and fuel consumption. In addition to the provision of efficient driving behavior assessment, analysis of individual driving behavior which could result in loss of driving effectiveness are also decomposed into various types of driving effectiveness. Moreover, this study also constructs a fuel consumption prediction model by model tree for different driving behavior and then provides adjustment of driving behavior. To evaluate the validity of this study, the in-vehicle device was used to collect vehicle fuel consumption related data in highway. In particular, hard acceleration, speeding, and high speed are key factors in causing increased fuel consumption. According to decomposition of the ODE, the improper driving time is also identified. Then, fuel consumption can be estimated by model tree with high accuracy. The proposed ODE can be a standard to drive the eco driving behavior and reduction of carbon emission and be implemented on the vehicle.
