能力試驗係驗證一個特定測量過程的方法。能力試驗藉由實驗室間比對來判定各個實驗室執行特定試驗或檢測的能力,並監控實驗室的持續能力。粒料篩分析係用來評估粒徑分佈,以確定是否符合設計及生產控制需求,並驗證規格。本文採用ISO 13528所介紹的統計方法,以進行粒料篩分析試驗的數據分析。此外,根據實驗室在小於75 m含量、細度模數(Fineness Modulus,FM)、過篩率試驗項目分析結果,探討實驗室的能力試驗異常情況,比對參與實驗室的整體表現。
整體而言,在樣品均勻性檢查部分,檢查結果皆良好。至於在實驗室間能力試驗表現的比對部分,在小於75 m含量、細度模數、No. 200過篩率這三個試驗項目,參加實驗室異常的比例都較高。此外,其他試驗項目實驗室間Z值(z scores)異常的比例均大於實驗室內Z值異常的比例。
A proficiency test (PT) is simply a method to validate a particular measurement process. By interlaboratory comparisons, PT is used to determine the performance of individual laboratories for specific tests or measurements, and to monitor the continuing performance of laboratories. The sieve analysis of fine and coarse aggregates is used to assess the particle size distribution in order to determine compliance with design, production control requirements, and verification specifications. In this study, the statistical methods introduced by ISO 13528 were adopted in data analysis of proficiency testing for sieve analysis of fine and coarse aggregates. According to the analysis results in test items, such as ‘the amount of material finer than 75 μm’, ‘Fineness Modulus (FM)’ and ‘Percent passing No. 200’, the anomalies of proficiency testing were discussed, and the overall performance of the test items from participant laboratories were compared.
Overall, the examination results were fine in the homogeneity checks of samples. As for the interlaboratory comparison of proficiency testing performance, the anomaly proportions from participant laboratories were higher in the three test items (i.e. ‘the amount of material finer than 75 μm’, ‘FM’, and ‘Percent passing No. 200’). Moreover, the anomaly proportions of Z-score were higher among laboratories than those within individual laboratories.
