摘要

本論文以智能家居網站平台對銀髮族之居家照護為主題，作一研究與探討。第一章緒論，旨在說明本論文的研究背景與動機、研究目的和流程，以及對網站平台對銀髮族之居家照護主題的研究作一彙整與檢討。第二章 智能家居基本概念。第二節與第三節，分別對智能家居的架構與平台及發
展及方向作一個整理與介紹。
第三章網站平台與運用智能家居網站對銀髮族居家照護，作一個完整的產業現況及分析說明。第一節，除了說明智能家居產業現況之外，亦嘗試把其他大廠走向智能產業作一比較。第二節，分別對智能家居產業作分析，第三節銀髮族健康照護現況及分析逐一分析。第四章針對公司個案以A公司為例。在本章第一節，對A公司的公司沿革及簡介作介紹。第二節與第三節，分別對A公司的產品組合與目標市場及營運業務，作一整理與介紹。
第五章結論。對以上四章的研究內容，彙整與總結。我們可以發現針對銀髮族及貢獻生活環境、自動控制、空調及燈光自動控制家電設備及電源自動控制、安全監控、保全監控、情境控制、最重要是醫療照護等功能。

Abstract
In this paper, smart home site platform for the seniors home care as the theme, to make a study and discussion. The first chapter, are intended to illustrate the background and motivation of this paper, the purpose and process, and will last for research-related topics and make an aggregated review. Chapter II smart home basic concepts. Section II and III, respectively, and platform architecture and development and direction to make a smart home Consolidation and presentation.
Chapter III website platform and use smart home site for seniors home care, to make a complete analysis of industry status and description. The first section, in addition to explain the status of the smart home industry outside, other manufacturers are also trying to make a comparison to intelligent industry. Section II, respectively, for analysis of the smart home industry, and a third senior citizens health care status and analysis of each analysis. Chapter Four cases against the company to A Company. In the first section, will be the A's History and Introduction introduction. Section II and III, respectively, A company's product portfolio and target market and operating businesses, as a sort of introduction.
Chapter V Conclusion. We will study the contents of the above four chapters, as an aggregated and summarized.
We can find for seniors living environment and contribution, automatic control, automatic air-conditioning and lighting control appliances and power automatic control, security monitoring, security monitoring, situational control, and most importantly, medical care, and other functions.
