現今網際網路的蓬勃發展,很多事情只要在網路就查詢點選就可以完成,在大學選課也是一樣。在網際網路的幫忙下選課這件事變得容易且快速,只要在開學前登入網路後就能輕鬆完成。但是即使選課手續變得簡便,想要找到自己中意的課程還是得從大量的課程中花時間去一門一門的挑選。在這挑選過程中如果找到不清楚是在上什麼的課程,除了去問同學或是學長,就只能去查看這門課的課綱內容,但有時會遇到課綱沒甚麼內容不知道該不該選修這門課的狀況,因此,課綱品質是一個維持高品質高等教育的重要因素,但是,實際上不可能由人類專家逐一稽核所有的課綱,也不存在一個專家可以稽核不同專業領域的課綱。

為了解決以上問題,本研究將建置一個課程資料庫,並且設計幾個方法去搭配使用WordNet Similarity稽核課程資料庫裡的課綱內容,最後由人為檢查的方式判斷這方法是否真的能有效的找出有問題的課綱。

By the escalating progressive internet, nowadays, various tasks could be accomplished on the internet; for instance, university-course system is relying on it.

Today, university students can easily choose their study courses before school is beginning with the university-course system. This progress brings a lot of benefits that is not only simple to use it, also the courses’ information is clear. Nevertheless, these benefits should be set on a high quality syllabus. For example, students used to ask their seniors some definitely detail questions about courses, but sometimes they cannot get the answer which they need. If they could not get the proper information from senior students, they will not pick the course in most of the time. Thus, the information on the university-course system has to be of high quality. Furthermore, inspecting the course outline with a high quality syllabus is the critical factor that dominate the students’ willing. But there is no professional person can charge all concepts to check the syllabus.

For this reason, this research would be established a course database. Besides, we design numerous manners with WordNet Similarity to check the course database. At the end of the research, human inspection will be used to determine whether this method has effectively identify the problem of the course outline.
