中文摘要
本研究主要目的為探討個人與工作適配、個人與組織對職場幸福感以及工作投入之關聯性,以及探討職場幸福感對工作投入之影響。本研究採用問卷調查法,共計發出317份問卷,回收且有效問卷數為287份,經由相關分析後,實證結果如下:
一、個人與工作適配、個人與組織適配對工作投入具有顯著正向關係,顯示個人與工作適配以及個人與組織適配程度愈高,其工作投入程度也就愈高。
二、個人與工作適配、個人與組織適配對職場幸福感具有顯著正向關係,也就是當個人與工作適配、個人與組織適配程度愈高,對其職場幸福感影響也就愈高。
三、職場幸福感對工作投入具有顯著正向關係,顯示當職場幸福感程度愈高,其工作投入程度也就愈高。
四、最後,研究也證實了職場幸福感亦會中介個人與工作適配、個人與組織適配對工作投入程度之影響。
ABSTRACT
This study is focused on the person-job fit, person-organization fit connected with workplace well-being and job involvement. And also explore the relationships between workplace well-being and job involvement. A questionnaire survey was used in this study, totally 317 questionnaire were sent, returned and valid questionnaire were 287. After analysis, the results presented as follow:
1. Person-job fit and person-organization fit are significant positive to job involvement.
2. Person-job fit and person-organization fit are significant positive to workplace well-being.
3. Workplace well-being are significant positive to job involvement.
4. Workplace well-being have mediating effect between the person-job fit, person-organization and job involvement
