本研究旨在探討五大人格特質與工作生活平衡的關係並以領導風格做為干擾。以電子業之主管做為研究對象,採問卷調查法,收集有效問卷共298份。所得資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson 積差相關及迴歸分析等方法進行分析。結果發現:
1.主管外向傾向與其知覺工作干預個人生活具正向關係。
2.主管神經質傾向與其知覺工作干個人生活具正向關係。
3.主管神經質傾向與其知覺個人生活干預工作正向關係。
4.主管神經質傾向與其知覺工作個人生活豐富化具負向關係。
5.主管嚴謹性傾向與個人生活干預工作具正向關係。
6.主管開放性傾向與其知覺工作個人豐富化具正向關係。
7.主管宜人性傾向與其知覺工作個人生活豐富化具正向關係。
8.主管的體恤傾向與其知覺工作個人生活豐富化具正向關係。
本研究結果可提供日後學者及業界研究參考及管理之實務運用。

This study discussed the relationship between five personality traits and work-life balance and leadership style as interference. In charge of the electronic industries managers as research subjects, adopted questionnaires, 298 valid questionnaires were collected. Information obtained through descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product moment correlation and regression analysis were used for analysis. The results showed that:
1.The manager has outgoing personal life tends to interfere with a positive relationship and work.
2.The manager has neurotic tendencies and work with a positive relationship between personal life.
3.The manager of neurotic tendencies and personal life with a positive relationship between interventions.
4.The manager has neurotic tendencies and work with personal life enrichment negative relationship.
5.The manager has strict sexual orientation and personal life with a positive relationship between interventions.
6.The manager has opening sexuality and positive working relationship with personal enrichment.
7.The manager has pleasant sexual orientation and work with personal life enrichment positive relationship.
8.The manager has compassionate tendencies and work with personal life enrichment positive relationship.
This study provides practical effect for future academic and industrial research and management as reference.
