本研究主要探討指示領導和授權領導與醫護人員在團隊成員
工作熟練性與前瞻性之關係,以及知覺團隊支持對指示領領與授權
領導與團隊成員工作熟練性和前瞻性的調節效果。本研究資料收集
來自竹苗區醫療診所,調查對象為所並以三人同部門的團隊,共計
327人,109份團隊及109位主管的有效問卷,同時採用跨期研究法
(T1成員下評上主管指示與授權領導,T2成員自評團隊支持,T3
成員自評負向情感,同時主管上評下團隊成員熟練性與前瞻性)。
研究結果得知指示領導與授權領導皆對團隊成員熟練性有正向相
關,而團隊支持會強化授權領導與團隊成員前瞻性的關聯。但指示
領導也無相關顯示會降低團隊成員工作前瞻性。
This study investigats the directive leadership and empowering leadership
between the team members working proficiency in the forward-looking indicator of
leadership and medical staff leadership and authority. And perceived team support for
directive leadership and empowering leadership and work with team members
proficiency and proactivity moderating effect. Data were obtained from 327
employees and 109 team with 109 director from Hsinchu and Miaoli hospitals, a
survey was conducted by three different departments and teams. Directive leadership
and Empowering leadership under of the staff assessment in T1. Self-assessment team
support staff in T2. Employee self-assessment of negative emotions in T3, and
comment on the next team member in charge of job performance. That directive
leadership and Empowering leadership performance team members has positive
correlation. The team support will strengthen the association empowering leadership
team members prospective.
