本研究旨在瞭解工作壓力對宅傾向之影響，並探討個人抗壓性
對於工作壓力與宅傾向關係間之干擾效果；以及不同背景變項員工
在工作壓力、宅傾向與個人抗壓性的表現差異性。
本研究採用問卷調查法，以國際企業員工作為研究對象。總計
發放問卷共計600 份，回收562 份。收回問卷後，進行人工篩檢程
序，扣除無填答完整或非正常性作答等無效問卷50 份，本研究共取
得有效樣本計512 份，有效回收率約85%。經由統計分析，發現結
果如下：
1. 員工的工作壓力與宅傾向具有顯著正向關係。
2. 員工的工作壓力平減與個人抗壓性平減之交互作用項平減，會對
宅傾向產生影響。即個人抗壓性對工作壓力與宅傾向之關係具有
顯著負向干擾效果。
3. 國際企業員工之工作壓力普通、宅傾向程度普通、個人抗壓性
大致良好。
4. 高中職和專科在工作壓力和宅傾向程度上高於其他教育程度。
5. 工作總年資資深者在個人抗壓性上高於工作總年資資淺者。
最後，根據上述結果在實務管理上的應用與後續學術研究，提
供若干建議。
關鍵

The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationships and influence
between job pressure and otaku disposition, and it was to examine the moderator of
personal stress resistance in the relationship between job pressure and otaku
disposition. Finally, It was also to compare the demographic differences of employees
on those three variables.
This study utilized the questionnaire survey method. The research subjects were
from international corporate business employees . A total of 600 questionnaires were
returned 562 copies. Recovered questionnaires, after artificial examination, deducting
non-complete answers or abnormal answers of 50 invalid questionnaires, this study
achieved a total effective sample of 512 copies, effective sample recovery of about
85% . Through investigating and analyzing , the findings indicated：
1. The employees had significant positive effect between job pressure and otaku
disposition.
2. There were interaction effect on the job pressure and personal stress resistance.
Therefore, personal stress resistance had a moderating effect in the relationship
between job pressure and otaku disposition.
3. nternational corporate business employees had generally job pressure and generally
otaku disposition. International corporate business employees show roughly good
personal stress resistance.
4.The students of vocational high school and the students of junior college
demonstrated higher job pressure and otaku disposition.
5. More work experienced ones showed higher personal stress resistance.
Finally, based on the research findings, and suggestions reference are made for
further studies and practice.
