本文在一個內生成長模型的架構,透過CIA的方式,將貨幣引入模型中,同時納入Ljungqvist and Uhlig (2000)的消費外部性設計,藉以探討財政政策、貨幣政策、消費外部性對勞動、經濟成長率與通貨膨脹率的影響。此外,本文亦探討Friedman 法則是否成立。本文發現:(一)增加所得稅率會減少勞動與經濟成長率,增加通貨膨脹率。提高名目利率會減少勞動與經濟成長率,增加通貨膨脹率。提升消費外部性會促進經濟成長與增加勞動,降低通貨膨脹率。(二)經濟成長率與通貨膨脹率為負相關。(三)最適所得稅率為負值,即對民眾補貼,最適名目利率為正值,即Friedman法則不成立。
