由於有線、無線、乃至於行動通訊網路的快速發展，網際網路觸角已經遍及 學校、企業、政府乃至於家庭與個人，而且正積極的向資訊社會的每一個層面延 伸。隨著軟硬體技術的進步與大環境的成熟，一個以網路為中心，將電腦運算與 資料儲存等工作，都放到網路上處理的概念逐漸擴散至資訊領域的各個層面，這 種被泛稱為雲端運算(Cloud Computing)的概念因而在這一兩年內成為備受各界重視 的議題，因此延伸出如數位內容出版、虛擬化軟體授權與管理、數位圖書、個人/ 企業數位典藏等應用，在這樣的趨勢下，數位化資訊的發佈、授權數管理、資料 保護等議題便成為重要亟待解決的問題。本研究的目的即在設計與實作一個軟體 架構與模組化系統，在系統後台端提供協助數位內容發佈與授權管理問題的功 能，當數位內容或是有數位版權的軟體在雲端系統上上架，透過我們實作一個預 約與有效管理排程的機制，能夠有效處理眾多使用者在預約、使用、歸還數位內 容的相關議題; 此外，數位內容因為科技的進步變得更容易的傳輸、分享與取 得，在數位內容的普及後對於如何去防止不當的使用與保護相關的著作權成了一 個很重要的議題，也因此出現了許多數位版權管理的相關研究，以控制、保護、 限制數位內容的使用。本論文也設計一個數位版權的安全機制，為證明機制的可 行性，在這個機制上實作出一個電子書借閱平台不僅能提供給電子書出版商一個 能夠放心的平台。使用者可以透過個人的行動裝置來借閱書籍，此機制能夠防止 內容被複製及修改，同時也能依照使用者的權限、歸還時間及身份來限制閱讀的權限。

Mobile Computing has become an important and vital infrastructure for information systems. Digital publishing, virtual right authorization and management, digital library are possible applications in the new era of mobile computing. Under such trend, how to effectively publish and manage digital content have become an important research and practical issue. The main purpose of this thesis is to design and implement a software infrastructure and modularized system to deal with the issues of digital content publishing and management. We design and implement a schedule subsystem for content provider to publish content, and for users to subscribe digital content. With such a design, we can ease the problems of digital content delivery, digital content appointment and return. While digital content delivery has become convenient and quick, how to protect the copyright and prevent misuse is another important issue. We also design an effective and secure mechanism to protect the copyright and control the access of digital content. The system has been deployed is some educational institutions and been recognized an useful system for content delivery and management.
