現今市場上連鎖經營已逐漸成為企業發展的一種趨勢,而在連鎖經營模式下,一家分店如何正常的運作以及其分店如何達到公司制定的營運目標,店長在其中的重要性不可言喻。而對於組織來說,如何透過人力資源管理的設計來影響店長,提升分店的績效,進而達到企業之策略目標則為組織重要的議題。
然而以往相關研究大多以員工為對象,較少針對店長做相關的探討,故本研究旨在探討連鎖體系商店店長之人力資源管理制度,採用比較個案的方式針對房仲業及零售鞋業進行單位主管的訪談,並將人力資源管理制度區分為(一)甄選任用(二)教育訓練(三)工作參與(授權程度)(四)績效管理(五)薪資獎酬(六)職涯規劃六大部分設計訪談大綱,爾後將訪談資料整理與分析,以了解同產業、不同產業中其針對店長的人力資源管理制度之相似處及相異處,提供企業在設計其店長人力資源管理制度時的參考依據,以及修改調整的範本,同時也能填補此方面學術上的缺口。


Nowadays, the model of chain business has become the trend in the development of business unit. For that case, how branches work as well as other branches and how they reach the operational goal that head company made are important in the model of chain business. As for the company, the design of human resource management can influence the performances of store manager and its branches. Consequently, store manager plays a vital role in every branches.
However, previous studies mostly focus on employees but not the store manager. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to explore human resource management for store managers. It draws on comparative case study approach through interviewing store managers to examine chain stores in Taiwan, including the retail stores of real estate industry and footwear industry. The human resource management system has divided into six major parts in this study as our interview outline, including (1)Selection and staffing (2)Training (3)Empowerment (4)Performance (5)salary and reward (6)career. The results not only show the similarities and deviations of human resources management system of store manager in same industries but also in different industries. This study provides company a sample of human resource management design for store managers and to fill up the gap about this aspect in literatures.
