在多晶矽太陽能晶片製程中,矽原料在外觀上很難由人工區分,但在生產過程中,又必需組合不同的矽原料來源,在人員搬運過程中,可能因辨識不清而有混料風險,而最終可能導致產品的異常。。
本研究選定「RFID」作為目標產品,運用在太陽能多晶矽產品,矽料分類製程中,有效區分矽原料的來源廠商、產品屬性,以及進料日期等資訊,提供每批矽原料一個可辨識的身份,以協助生產人員辨別生產中的矽原料。
導入RFID產品,必需符合輕巧,耐粉塵、耐酸洗、耐高溫、耐碰撞等環境因素,以因應生產中所必需經歷的狀況,此實驗選用硬幣式RFID TAG,以因應以上環境狀況。實驗過程中,開發RFID讀取系統,並將每一批承載矽原料的容器掛載RFID TAG,經過酸洗、烘烤等製程後,測試讀RFID TAG取狀況,並收集各工作站讀取RFID的使用資訊。觀察使用RFID時遇到的問題,進行分析與統計,檢討應用面上人為或非人為的影響因素,並依據問題提出改善方式,讓導入RFID的作業流程更加順暢,最終目的不再需要人工分辨矽原料,而是透過RFID結合資訊系統來管理矽原料,進而降低人工辨識的風險,增加生產效率。

In the process of multi-crystalline (MC) wafer production for Photovoltaic cells, it is difficult to classify silicon materials from its appearance with human eyes. However, it is necessary to mix the different classes of qualities of silicon materials in the MC wafer production. The risk of no good production is getting higher because the operators negligently mixed the different kinds of silicon materials during the moving process.
RFID is presented as a target product in this study to apply in the process of multi-crystalline wafer production for Photovoltaic cells. It can supply all different kinds of information of silicon materials such as source, date, attributes, quantities qualities…etc. to help the operators classify the silicon materials easily and efficiently.
Token type of RFID-TAG is applied to this study, because its qualities of small size, light weight, dust durable, acid wash durable, and temperature durable. An experiment RFID-TAG application in multi-crystalline wafer production for Photovoltaic cells was also performed in this study. RFID system was installed and all the problems related and data were also collected and analyzed as well.
The purpose of this study is shown. RFID system is the better risk management and the efficiency of silicon materials classification in the process of MC wafer mass production for Photovoltaic cells.
