資源循環企業服務商為因應市場及顧客需求,引進所需的資源循環機器設備,但因為市面上的資源循環設備提供者所提供的機器設備,無法滿足真實需求的使用狀況,故引發資源循環企業服務商想要從使用者的角度,轉而進入設備開發領域,開發符合使用者需求的機器設備,作為自身營運規畫及發展未來核心競爭力;但資源循環企業服務商本身不具有設備開發及研發能力,如何降低跨領域市場的風險與不確定性,以及進入此領域該具備哪些資源與能力,是本研究主要探討的核心問題。
本研究以資源基礎理論為主,探討資源循環企業服務商成為資源循環設備服務提供者,需具備哪些資源與能力並創造市場上的競爭優勢。研究樣本以國內外五家資源循環設備服務提供者為研究對象,透過個案研究分析與結構內容分析法進行探討,並推導出研究發現及命題。
研究結果歸納出相關的命題如下:(1)資源循環設備服務提供者的實體資源對競爭優勢具有顯著影響;(2) 資資源循環設備服務提供者的技術資源對競爭優勢具有顯著影響;(3) 資源循環設備服務提供者的總體功能對競爭優勢具有顯著影響;(4) 資源循環設備服務提供者的研究發展對競爭優勢部分顯著影響;(5) 資源循環設備服務提供者的製造能力對競爭優勢具有顯著影響。此外,本研究提出整合性資源與能力分析表,有效的歸納及整合各個研究個案的整體狀況,更可做為日後企業採取策略行動時參考的優先順序使用,實為另一研究貢獻。
Resource recycle service firm introduce the required resource recycle equipment to cope with the market and customer demand. The equipment which made by resource recycling equipment providers available on the market could not meet the real needs of the situation. This situation caused the resource recycling businesses Service providers turn into equipment development from the users’ view to develop the equipment meet the users' needs, as its own operational planning and future development of core competencies.
There are the major core issues to investigate of this study: If the resource recycling business service provider itself does not have the equipment development and R & D capabilities, how to reduce the cross-industries market risks and uncertainties? What resource and capabilities should they have for entering this field?
In this study, mainly resource-based theory to investigate what resources and capabilities that resource recycling service firm required to become resource recycling equipment service providers and creating the competitive advantage in the market. This study investigates five resource recycling equipment service providers domestic and international. Investigating by using the case studies analysis, content and structural analysis, and derive findings and propositions.
The results induct these propositions: (1) The real resources of resource recycle equipment service provider have significant impact on the competitive advantage. (2) The technical resources of resource recycle equipment service provider have significant impact on the competitive advantage. (3) The overall function of resource recycle equipment service provider have significant impact on the competitive advantage. (4) The research and development of resource recycle equipment service provider have significant impact on the competitive advantage. (5) The manufacturing capability of resource recycle equipment service provider have significant impact on the competitive advantage.found that the resource recycling facilities and services provided by the enterprise resources, real resources and technical resources will have significant impact on the competitive advantage. On business ability, there is a significant impact on the overall function, research and development and manufacturing capabilities. In addition, this study proposes integrated resources and capabilities of the table, effective induction and integration of the overall situation of each case study. More can be used as a reference when companies take strategic action priorities for future use. It is truly another research contribution.
