The world this day, information technology very development it contribute to promote economic development. So the application of information technology in life everyday too familiar with everyone. With networks Internet and network computers the development very fast such. It will has caused certain difficulties in the management of network systems. The management network can but set requirements is how to be able to make the most of available resources in the system and increase the reliability of the system. Currently, the concept of network administrator no stranger in the information technology industry and the issue of network management is indispensable today. In network administrator SNMP protocol is the method most widely used. So I'd like research in the field, my thesis focuses on understanding and implementing a monitoring system network management platform based on open source systems and motivating research to improve measurability of traffic and performance management. To monitor a congestion in the specific link in the network through a router-based data traffic analysis. It is MRTG, MRTG network monitoring system has low investment costs. However, it has very strong ability to monitor the activities of network devices. Therefore, MRTG is very trusted and widely used across the globe. To predict congestion network we use a Bayesian network model by B-Course for simulation with graph MRTG.
