本研究檢驗餐飲業員工的轉換型領導對於其相對剝奪感以及社會賦閒的影響,並
進而檢驗工作不安全感對於社會賦閒的影響。本研究之問卷發放對象為台灣7 家餐飲
公司之員工,總計發出250 份問卷,有效問卷數為217 份,問卷回收率為86.8%。研
究結果顯示:
(1) 員工所知覺的的轉換型領導程度愈強,其相對剝奪感愈低;
(2) 員工的相對剝奪感愈強,其社會賦閒的程度也愈強;
(3) 員工所知覺的的轉換型領導程度對於其社會賦閒並未達到顯著的影響效果。
This study investigates the effects of food and beverage industry employees’ perceived
transformational leadership on their relative deprivation and social loafing, and the effect
of perceived transformational leadership on social loafing. This research subjects were
selected from employees of seven food and beverage companies in Taiwan, 250 valid
questionnaires were collected, and of which 217 are effective questionnaires, returns-ratio
is 86.8%. The results are:
(1) the stronger the employees’ perceived transformationalleadership are, the lower their relative deprivation will be;
(2) the stronger the employees’relative deprivation are, the more their social loafing will be;
(3) employees’ perceived transformational leadership fail to predict their social loafing.
