本研究以SBM Network模型為基礎,並考量公司的生產活動,建立兩階段的網路效率評估模式,分析上中下游共20家發光二極體(Light-Emitting Diode, LED)公司之研發效率、經營效率與總效率,並進一步探討公司的治理制度與經營狀況對效率的影響程度。研究發現,與傳統單階段的評估模式相較,採用網路效率評估模式,可提高分析結果的鑑別力,清楚呈現各階段之資源轉換的過程。本研究再透過Tobit迴歸,發現公司的董監持股比率與員工平均年資對研發效率具有正向影響,董監持股比率、轉投資占淨值比率、員工平均年資與董事兼任經理人席次,對經營效率具有正向影響,結果可作為決策者在進行資源分配與提高效率的參考依據。
This study apply SBM network DEA to analyze the R&;D efficiency, operational efficiency and total efficiency of 20 Light-Emitting Diode (LED) companies in up and down streams. The results show that the adoption of an online evaluation model can enhance the discrimination ability of the efficiency value and clearly illustrate the process of the transformation of resources in each phase. This study also adopts a Tobin regression and finds that the corporate governance obviously affects the efficiency of companies and that the results can offer a reference for decision-makers to allocate resources and improve efficiency.
