現今,隨著醫療資源的發展,延長了人類的平均壽命。然而,老人們甚至失能病人護理已經成為一個問題。世界各地人口老化問題嚴重,許多國家擬定了關於老人和失能病人的家庭看護政策,讓無法自理的老人和失能病人能夠得以照護。除此之外,偏遠地區當地的醫療資源稀少,因此必須透過遠端醫療系統舒緩當地的醫療需求。遠端醫療系統同樣能夠運用在當老人和失能病人不便於前往醫院進行治療,透過遠端醫療系統達到不需出門也能夠尋求醫生協助。但是,為免於老人和失能病人無法自行操作系統,就必須仰賴個人家庭看護的幫助。
在本研究中,我們將集中探討遠端醫療系統運用於失能病人的情況,並透過個人家庭看護協作進行診療。個人家庭看護與病人必須在缺一不可的情況下,才能連線至遠端醫療系統上與醫生進行診斷。為了滿足上述條件,我們將提出一套針對失能病人的遠端醫療的合作認證方案,透過秘密分享之方法讓個人家庭看護和病人間建立秘密金鑰,再藉由此金鑰連線至遠端醫療系統,並且能依病人意願選擇想要的看診醫生。
Serious problem of aging population around the world, many countries have developed on the elder and disability patient home care policy, so that the elders and disabled patients who cannot take care of themselves can be. In addition, the telemedicine system is able to use in the elders and disability when the patient is difficult to go to the hospital for treatment. However, for the elders and disabled patients cannot on their own operate the systems, it must rely on the help of a personal care aide.
In this thesis, we focus on the case of disability used in the telemedicine system, and through personal medical aide collaboration. Personal care aides and patients must be indispensable in order to connect to the telemedicine system with a doctor for diagnosis. We propose medical-care cooperative authentication schemes for disabled patients in telemedicine system, secret sharing method is used to distribute a secret key between the patient and personal care aides, and through the secret key connects to the telemedicine system to choose the doctors freely
