本研究旨在探討高科技產業工程師的社會能力、工作壓力與生涯成功發展現況,以及三者之間的關係。本研究共回收364份有效樣本。主要研究發現歸納如下:
1.高科技產業工程師之社會能力發展程度為中上,其中以「主動傾聽技能」發展程度最高。
2.高科技產業工程師之工作壓力程度為中等,當中以「工作負荷」壓力程度為最高。
3.高科技產業工程師之生涯成功發展程度為中上,發展最佳為「職涯成長」。
4.不同背景變項之高科技產業工程師於工作壓力程度具有顯著差異。
5.不同背景變項之高科技產業工程師於生涯成功之發展程度具有顯著差異。
6.社會能力與生涯成功之間具有顯著正相關。
7.社會能力與工作壓力之間具有顯著負相關。
8.工作壓力與生涯成功之間具有顯著負相關。
9.工作壓力於社會能力與生涯成功之間 具有中介效果。
最後並依據本研究分析結果,提出結論與建議以供諮商專業人員、高科技產業作為實務及後續研究之參考。
This study aims to study the social competency, work pressure and career success of engineers in high-tech Industry. Furthermore, it examine the correlation of engineers’ social competency, work pressure and career success in high-tech industry. There were 364 valid questionnaires. The main findings are as follow:
1. The social competency level of engineers in high-tech industry is medium level, among all; the social competency level of “active listening skill” is the highest one.
2. The work pressure level of engineers in high-tech industry is medium level, among all; the work pressure level of “workload” is the highest one.
3. The career success level of engineers in high-tech industry is medium level, among all; the career success level of “career growth” is the highest one.
4. Engineers in high-tech industry have significant differences on work pressure due to personal background variables.
5. Engineers in high-tech industry have significant differences on career success due to different personal background variables.
6. There is a positive correlation between social competency and career success.
7. There is a negative correlation between social competency and work pressure.
8. There is a negative correlation between work pressure and career success.
9. The work pressure has the intermediary effect on social competency and the career success.
According to the findings, the researcher proposed some implications for the future study.
