本論文提出一無線射頻辨識(RFID)盤點系統,主要用來盤點工業廠房與庫房的零散工具與設備,達成系統自動化、降低人力成本與人為疏失之目的。為了能夠達到快速盤點目的,本系統結合了無線射頻辨識裝置建立零散工具與設備的物連網網路。該物連網網路可以透過手機與雲端資料庫進行連結,達到資料庫雲端化之目的。本論文亦著重於研究各種RFID裝置使用不同的操作頻率於廠房環境中所產生的電波效應,並嘗試研究各類的RFID辨識晶片,挑選出目前最適合使用於全金屬與通電設備廠房的RFID盤點解決方案,再透過相關文獻資料與測試結果進行系統建置。
本系統結合了RFID辨識技術、線上資料庫(MySQL)、Android應用程式與PC端電腦程式,為一套完整並具有即時盤點功能的原物料盤點系統。本系統達到即時、快速、資料雲端化與自動化等目的,希望能透過此系統可以降低許多業者在盤點原物料、設備零件上的錯誤,如:運輸業、倉儲業與零售業等。本系統經過完整測試後,確實能夠有效地降低人力成本以及人為疏失。
The dissertation presents an inventory management system based on radio frequency identification (called RFID) technology. The system is utilized to check tools and equipments in the industrial plant and warehouse. It can achieve system automation and reduce labor costs. In order to achieve the purpose of rapid inventory, the system combines the RFID devices stuck with tools or equipments, and also sets them to become the Internet of Things (called IoT) network. The IoT can link the cloud database via mobile phone to achieve the purpose of storing data in the cloud.
The dissertation also focuses on the study of electric wave effect on various RFID devices under different operating frequencies in the plant environment; It also try to study many types of RFID identification chips and pick out the most suitable chips in the plant with all-metal and power equipments. The inventory management system setup can be achieved by the study of the relevant literatures and test results.
The proposed system combines RFID identification technology, cloud database (MySQL), Android based application program (called APP) and PC based computer program for becoming a complete and real-time raw material inventory system. The system achieves the purpose of fast searches, cloudy information, and automatic operation. We hope the system is able to reduce a lot of errors on the inventory of raw materials and equipments. After a complete test of the system, it can reduce more labor costs and human errors in an industrial plant.
