The study focuses on multinational corporations in the knowledge-based economy age. The relationship between network structure of multinational corporation and corporate value. The study based on social network. We measure the centrality and the structural holes and use regression to analysis model to study the relationship between social network and corporate value. The results show that the centrality of multinational corporation is positively related to return on assets(ROA). The centrality of multinational corporation is positively related to R&D intensity. The structural holes of multinational corporation is positively related to return on assets. The structural holes of multinational corporation is not positively related to R&D intensity.
