摘要
本研究旨在編製一份中文版的成人自我接納評量工具,量表的編製基於自我接納是一個多層面的態度而將其分為三層面:包含想法、情緒和身體。研究者依據此三層面編製自我接納量表,採用問卷調查法,對象以居住台灣與中國大陸地區十八歲以上的成年人為研究樣本,藉此機會來探討兩岸地區成年人自我接納的情形。透過方便取樣取得樣本471份,有效問卷453份,其中含中國大陸樣本62份,有效樣本回收率為96.18%。資料處理所採之統計分析方法,包含:描述性分析、項目分析、探索性因素分析、信度分析、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、驗證性因素分析、組合信度、聚歛效度、區別效度和效標關聯效度等。
經統計分析歸納後,得到以下結論:(1) 成人自我接納量表之分向度成立;(2) 成人自我接納量表具有良好的模型契合度;(3) 成人自我接納成度為中高等;(4) 35歲以上成人在想法、情緒及身體的接納度高於35歲以下成人;(5) 台灣成人在自我接納度上低於中國大陸成人;(6)成人自我接納程度越低,憂鬱傾向越高。
根據以上研究發現,研究者提出以下建議:(1) 我國人民應慎選媒體訊息;(2) 35歲以下之成人可加強心理衛生教育概念;(3) 一級預防工作中提倡自我接納的概念;(4) 二級預防工作中篩選低自我接納的成年族群;(5) 三級預防工作中提供個別或團體諮商;(6) 政府針對媒體的傳播內容管控;(7) 政府支持自我接納的推動。

Abstract
The main purpose of this study was to compile an adult self-acceptance scale in Chinese including 3 dimensions: thoughts, emotions and body. 471 subjects were selected by purposive sampling, 62 samples from China were included. 453 valid questionnaires were collected with a 96.18% return rate. Data obtained were analyzed by descriptive analysis, item analysis, EFA, reliability analysis, T-tests, one-way ANOVA, CFA, composite reliability, convergent validity, discriminant validity and criterion-related validity.
Major findings of this study were as follows: 1. Adult self-acceptance scale (ASAS) is established in 3 dimension; 2. ASAS model is reliable and valid; 3. Level of adult self-acceptance is high intermediate; 4. Adults above 35 years old has a higher acceptance in all 3 dimensions than ones under 35; 5. Taiwanese adults have a lower self-acceptance than Chinese adults have; 6. The lower adult self-acceptance, the higher tendency of depression.
