鋼構工程的特性為工期長、成本高,類似一般營造業所採用的專案管理方法。鋼構工程專案的作業流程是相當繁複,各個流程的施工部門都相當的重要,若中間有環節出現錯誤,會影響到不只是後續部門增加的作業及施作之困難度外,更會對整體工程專案成功造成影響。本研究主要在探討鋼構工程專案中跨部門整合程度對專案績效的影響情形。研究成果如下:
一、工務與業務部門整合在年齡上存在顯著差異,工務與製造部門整合、工務與品管部門整合在學歷上存在顯著差異,工務與業務部門整合、工務與製造部門整合、工務與品管部門整合在職級存在顯著差異。
二、工務與品管部門整合對交期具有顯著正向影響關係,工務與製造部門整合、工務與品管部門整合對品質具有顯著正向影響關係,工務與製造部門整合、工務與品管部門整合對預算具有顯著正向影響關係,工務與業務部門整合對技術水準具有顯著正向影響關係。


The long duration, high cost is the characteristics of steel engineering, generally used project management methods similar to the construction industry. The workflow of steel engineering project is quite complicated, each process of the construction sector are quite important, if the middle part of the error, it will affect not only the subsequent sector to increase jobs and facilities for the hard-givers, more on overall Engineering project success affected. This study explored Steel Works project in the extent of cross-sectoral integration of project performance impact scenario. The results are as follows:
1. The intergration in engineering department and business department shows different in age, intergration in engineering department and manufacturing department and intergration in engineering department and quality control department shows different in education. The intergration in engineering department and business department, intergration in engineering department and manufacturing department and intergration in engineering department and quality control department shows different in position rank.
2. The intergration in engineering department and quality control department has a significant positive impact on the delivery , the engineering department and manufacturing department and intergration in engineering department and quality control department has a significant positive impact on the quality , the engineering department and manufacturing department and intergration in engineering department and quality control department has a significant positive impact on budget, the intergration in engineering department and business department has a significant positive impact on the technical level.
