本研究旨在探討中小型餐飲業創業願景、社會資本與人力資本對創業績效之影響,以提供於未來欲創業者做為參考。研究對象為大臺北地區經常僱用人數未達一百人及前一年營業額在一億元以下,且創業時間超過一年(含)之中小型餐飲業創業者,而問卷發放上則採用便利抽樣的方式來測量,總共回收253份有效問卷。並依據研究假設之需要,透過SPSS與AMOS軟體進行實證分析,以敘述性統計、信度分析、效度分析、因素分析、相關分析及結構方程式模型等來針對假設做逐步檢定。而在經實證分析後結果顯示:
一、創業願景對創業績效不具有影響力。
二、創業願景對社會資本及人力資本具有顯著且正向的影響。
三、社會資本對創業績效具有顯著且正向的影響。
四、人力資本對創業績效具有顯著且正向的影響。
This study investigates how entrepreneurial vision, social capital and human capital impact on entrepreneurial performance of small and medium enterprises of food and beverage industry, as a reference to future entrepreneurs. A set of criteria is placed on the study subjects. We screen the sample enterprises as follows: employee scale is under 100 persons; revenue generated is less than 100,000,000 TWD in the past year; enterprise has started over one year. Convenience sampling method was used to measure the survey conducted in Taipei. With a total of 253 valid questionnaires retrieved, hypotheses were formulated accordingly. SPSS and AMOS software were used analyze data’s reliability, validity, correlation, regression as well as backgrounds of the data. SEM software was used to further examine the structure of the hypotheses. Findings reveal:
1. Entrepreneurial vision does not have an impact on entrepreneurial performance.
2. Entrepreneurial vision has a significant positive impact on social capital and human capital.
3. Social capital has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.
4. Human capital has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.
