本研究採跨層次分析,探討團隊層次的道德領導、企業社會責任對個人層次之道德判斷與組織公民行為的影響,並檢驗團隊層次的企業社會責任及個人層次的道德判斷之跨層次中介效果。本研究共計發出1329份問卷,有效回收問卷為945份,共含71家中小企業。經由跨層次分析後發現結果為:道德領導對道德判斷、企業社會責任及組織公民行為皆有顯著正向影響;道德判斷對組織公民行為有顯著正向影響;企業社會責任對組織公民行為有顯著正向影響;道德領導會透過道德判斷的中介效果對組織公民行為有顯著正向影響;道德領導會透過企業社會責任的中介效果對組織公民行為有顯著正向影響。最後,本研究提供後續研究者建議,以及中小企業相關實務建議,期望能補足以往未經實證研究之理論部分,並對實務有所貢獻。
In this study, cross-level analysis to explore the ethical leadership team level, the impact of corporate social responsibility to the individual level of ethical judgment and organizational citizenship behavior, and test team-level corporate social responsibility and individual level across level of ethical judgment mediating effect. This study total of 1329 questionnaires are distributed, and 945 valid questionnaires are returned, including 71 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Through the cross-level analysis, the major findings of this study are summarized as follows : ethical leadership has a significant positive impact on ethical judgment, corporate social responsibility and organizational citizenship behavior ; ethical judgment has a significant positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior; corporate social responsibility has a significant positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior; ethical leadership through ethical judgment will have a significant positive impact on the mediating effect on organizational citizenship behavior; ethical leadership through corporate social responsibility will have a significant positive impact on the mediating effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Finally, this study provides researchers suggest follow-up, as well as practical suggestions related to SMEs, hoping to make up for the theoretical part of the past, without empirical research, and practice to contribute.
