近年來由於資訊科技快速發展,連網技術成熟,以及民眾對於智慧型運輸系統的服務需求增加,車載資通訊系統各式應用服務隨之蓬勃發展,除了過去以提供影音服務與路徑導航為主的服務之外,現代車載資通訊系統結合智慧運輸系統能夠提供更多元的服務。
因此,本研究經由文獻探討,了解智慧運輸系統、車載資通訊系統背景與發展現況,以及車載資通訊系統所提供之應用服務內容與智慧運輸系統服務領域之間的相互關係,提出服務認知構面,作為分析的因素之一。再將上述服務認知構面,結合整合型科技接受理論模型架構後,成為本研究之研究架構,用以探討影響一般使用者對於車載資通訊系統行為意圖的因素。
研究使用網路問卷的方式蒐集資料,並透過資料分析結果,驗證研究假說。研究結果發現績效期望、付出期望與社會影響構面會正向影響使用者對於車載資通訊系統的行為意圖,並且會受到性別、年齡、經驗等變數的調節作用影響。
In recent years, telematics systems and services have seen vigorous growth due to the rapid development of information technology, the maturity of network technology as well as the increasing demand for intelligent transport system services. In addition to the video entertainment and navigation services, the combination of modern telematics systems with Intelligent Transportation Systems is expected to offer more diversified services.
Therefore, through literature review this study identifies the background and current status of ITS and telematics systems, and the relationship between the telematics application services and the ITS services. Based on the understanding this study proposes service cognitive construct as one of the factors to be analyzed. The service cognitive construct combined with Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology form the research framework of this study. The framework is applied to investigate the factors that impact the telematics system usage intention of the general user.
Internet questionnaire is conducted in this study to gather information. The results were analyzed to validate the hypothesis. The results of this thesis indicate that the constructs including Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, and Social Influence will positively affect user behavior intentions for telematics systems and will be moderated by gender, age, and experience.
