本研究以2010年至2014年,台灣上市櫃建設業為研究對象。運用AHP Network DEA模式評估台灣上市櫃建設業在各階段之經營效率,計算效率值並排序,之後分別計算各建設業間營運、獲利與市場效率之法計算BCC、A&P、SBM、Super SBM及Network DEA等模式之效率值並排序,其研究結果可提供台灣之主管機關與社會大眾清楚建設業經營概況,以作相關單位和投資者之參考,並提供給決策者作為管理上之建議。

Due to Taiwan's housing market has gone a decade long, in the face of poor domestic economic conditions, low income people of payroll growth, premises unity Nett tax policies and bank credit crunch. Therefore, the Building Industry to assess how effectively and improve business performance, has become the subject of general public and government agencies and other interested parties and investors are concerned about it.
The study conducts analysis of efficiency of the Building Industry operating in Taiwan over the period of 2010-2014 by using AHP Network DEA model. The Building Industry of based business processes to Network DEA input-output analysis into a composite indicator to measure in the overall business performance, and hoping to provide more information for public reference.
Final results of the analysis, the Building Industry will be classified, decision matrix form, providing the Building Industry to develop its competitive strategy of reference.
