本研究是採用2(兩岸學生:台灣或大陸)X3(自我建構:獨立、關係或集體)X2(性別:男或女)全因子之間的受試者間設計。
Students’ ethical behaviors are changing due to the great innovation to social education. Besides bringing up by our parents, we started to learn at school just like other kids at the age of eight. We encountered a lot of challenges since we started going to school. However, since we attended college, we faced another new challenge. Professors at school will no longer ask us to pay much attention on our behaviors, as well as our personality. At this stage of our university career, we need to focus more on our ethical behavior, and our external appearance.
In this study, we use Tatung University and some other universities’ Cross Strait students as our research subjects. Not only did we majorly discuss about unethical behaviors from Cross Strait students but gender and self-construal both moderate Cross Strait students. We also examine the impact of three dimensions of self-construal (independent, relational, and collective) on unethical behavior.
Researcher adopted a 2 (Cross Strait students: Taiwan or China)  3 (self-construal: independent, relational and collective self)  2 (gender: male or female) full factorial between-subject design with random assignment. This study had totally 340 Tatung University students and other schools (Cross Strait students) filling the questionnaires. Through the study, we eventually found out that Cross Strait students have different point of views on unethical behavior. Meanwhile, both self-construal and gender moderate Cross Strait students on unethical behavior.
