近幾年來Mobile Ad-Hoc Network(MANET)廣泛地應用在許多層面當中,其中包括了
一些重要任務的應用以及安全保護等,都成為了MANET主要考慮的其中之一。
MNAET可以用來在沿海執行監測、搜索或是救援等應用。MANET,是一種不需要
依靠固定的基礎建設即可傳輸資料的一種網路。節點可以自由地進出該網路,而在
網路中的節點,如果想要傳送訊息的話,可以透過網路中的其他節點當作中繼節點,
進而將資訊傳給目的節點。在本篇文章中,我們使用了美國SCALABLE NETWORK
TECHNOLOGY(SNT)所開發的QualNet6.1 來模擬路由協定。我們主要的比較對象是
總封包接收數(Total Number of Received Packets)、封包遺失率(Lost Rate)、吞吐量
(Throughput)、點到點平均延遲時間(Average End-to-End Delay)與平均延遲時間變化
(Average Jitter)。我們比較了路由協定在不同節點速度與密度的效能。使用者可以根
據自身的情況藉由參考我們的結果來選擇適合的路由協定。我們的實驗結果顯示了
我們的研究可以讓使用者就算在艱困的海面狀況使用適合的路由協定透過最短的延
遲或是最多的封包接收量來傳送訊息。
In recent years, the use of Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (MANET) has been wide spread in many applications, including some mission critical applications, and as such safety has become one of the major concerns in MANET. A MANET can be used to monitor, search or rescue application for boats near the coastline. MANET is a kind of network that can transmit data without fixed infrastructures. Nodes can come in or out freely. If nodes which are in the network want to send messages to destination nodes, they can use nodes which are in the network as intermediate nodes. In this paper, the network routing protocols are evaluated by using QualNet6.1 software which is developed by SCALABLE NETWORK TECHNOLOGY in USA. Our mainly compared targets are Total Number of Received Packets, Lost Rate, Throughput, Average End-to-End Delay and Average Jitter. We compared performance of routing protocols in different velocity and node density that are different conditions of the sea surface near the coastline. Users can choose an appropriate routing protocol according to their situation by referring our experimental results. Our experimental results show that our study that can users deliver messages through available shortest delay or maximum number of received packets even in very rough sea conditions with an appropriate routing protocol.
