本研究所要研究的目的有二:(一)執行家長本位「語言發展遲緩兒童親子
溝通訓練方案」介入後,評估此訓練方案對於特需求兒童之適當溝通行為
與不適當之溝通行為的改變,以及其家長溝通行為之成效;(二)探討此訓
練方案對語言需求組間之效果。
本研究採取單一受試者之A-B 實驗設計。研究對象為特殊需求兒童中的自閉症(autism)兒童以及智能障礙(mental retardation)兒童。本研究評量兒童與家長溝通行為的方式有:行為觀察法、家長報告法等。研究方案介入後,結果發現在統計上兒童的適當溝通行為與不適當溝通行為皆未達到顯著,若輔以視覺分析則發現智能障礙兒童的溝通行為是有改善的,而家長的溝通行為方面則僅有智能障礙兒童的家長在介入期時使用溝通策略有達顯著。
There are two purposes of this research, (1) To Execute the
parent-focusd program of parent-child interaction communication training program of language development delay children and to assess the changes on proper communication behaviors and improper communication behaviors
on children with special need and communication behavior effects on their parents;(2) To discuss the effect on different language need groups.
The experiment design of this research is Single subject design of A-B design. The objects of this research are autism and mental retardation children with special needs.
The assessments of parent-children communication of this research are observations of behavior and parents’ report.
After the intervention of research program. The result found that no statistics significance of proper communication behaviors and improper communication behaviors on autism and mental retardation children.
Observation data with visual analysis picture, research found improvement of communication behaviors on mental retardation child. About the parents communication behaviors, research found statistic significance on intervention period of mental retardation.
