目前台灣中小企業在正面臨與大企業競爭人才的環境下,研究者使用單一個
案研究之方式探討以完全客製化產品為主的企業。過程中研究者運用Porter 價值
鏈概念檢視完全客製化產品為主的企業在創造價值之過程如何受到產品特性影響,
並且改變之結果以員工、組織和企業核心能力三個層面彙整如下:
1. 員工層面:企業價值創造之過程中員工受到客製化產品特性影響,使得幾個特
定部門(業務與設計)的員工必須具備多樣專業能力才能對應其工作,在培養
時間上相較一般製造業來說的長,而這個進入門檻對個案公司來說同時也是
員工時離開之障礙。
2. 組織層面:必須快速回應其產品製造過程中產生之需求,部門間經常需要的關
係必須更富有彈性,此外在分工上會有許多灰色地帶無法做準確性的切割。
3. 企業核心能力層面:對一個製造業來說必須將其核心能力從製造轉移至設計
與業務,專注自己的核心能力,因此人才才是這間企業最重要的資產。
最後研究者從研究之結果歸納出其企業目前狀況,並從結果與現況給予其個
案之相關建議與本研究相關性研究可延伸之問題。
Today, Taiwan’s small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are operating in an
environment in which they have to compete with large enterprises. This researcher used
the case study method to study a company that mainly offers fully customized products.
Throughout the study, the researcher leveraged Porter’s value chain concept to explore
how this company is influenced by product features in the process of value creation and
results of changes associated with such influence are summarized below from the
perspectives of the company’s employees, organization and core competency:
1. Employees: During the process in which the company creates value, its employees
are influenced by customized product features in the sense that those employees in
specific departments (sales and design) have to possess various expertise to handle
their work, which takes more time to develop than general manufacturing expertise,
and this entry threshold is at the same time a hurdle for the company.
2. Organization: As it is essential to rapidly response to demands generated in its
production process, departments in the company often need to have more flexible
interdepartmental relationships and division of labor tends to have many gray areas
that cannot be accurately divided.
3. Core competency: For a manufacturing business, it is essential to shift its core
competency from manufacturing to design and sales and focus on its own core
competency. As such, talent is its most important asset.
Finally, this researcher summarized the current state of the studied company based
on the research results, provided suggestions for the company based on these results and

its current state, and points out issues that can be extended in further research on
correlation in this study.
