高爾夫球做為一種高單價消耗品對品質的要求十分的高,在台灣的高爾夫球工場大部分都以人工檢測,少有使用自動化設備檢測,目前市面上所販賣的高爾夫球檢測機台不僅價格昂貴,而且無法檢測到細微瑕疵。本研究目的為設計一專門檢測高爾夫球表面瑕疵的光源,能檢測出大部分的瑕疵,在本研究中以Line-scan攝影機與Area攝影機進行測試,Line-scan攝影機搭配平行光進行實驗,尋找適合的角度以達到最好的取像效果,Area攝影機搭配各式環形光進行實驗,環形光採用不同距離,不同擴散角度LED與不同傾斜角度進行測試,最終本研究設計一光源其對瑕疵檢測率達到90.41%並且符合機台設計。
Golf ball is a high price consumable and high quality product. In Taiwan, most golf ball factories use manual work to detect golf balls, however using the automatic equipment for detection is rare. Because those golf ball detection equipment are expensive, and it can't detect tiny defect. This research aims to design an illuminant for defect detection of the golf ball surface. In this study, it present that using Line-scan camera and Area camera to implement the defect detection. Line-scan camera and parallel light are used to find appropriate angle for better detection effect. Area camera combined with various kinds of circular light for detection through different distance, different viewing angle, and different pitched angle. The experiment results for design an illuminant which detection rating of golf ball defect can be up to 90.41% and satisfied the designed require of detection equipment.
