因應快速變遷的環境,創新能力成為企業在競爭環境中的生存及找到未來機會的重要因素,而企業在進行創新的過程中,往往會面臨諸多困境,透過顧問輔導能為企業注入新的知識,同時帶入新的資源,因此,本研究從創新輔導案顧問個人創新能力、社會網絡,及顧問與企業關係緊密程度,去探討社會網絡效益對於顧問創新能力的影響及創新能力對創新輔導案內容的影響,並以關係緊密程度作為創新能力到創新輔導案的干擾變數,研究關係緊密程度對創新輔導案的執行有什麼影響。
研究結果顯示,顧問的個人關係網絡中,從其他網絡(朋友或是客戶)得到的效益確實能夠對顧問創新能力產生影響,而顧問的創新能力也有助於創新輔導案的執行。此外,在創行輔導案執行的過程中,顧問與企業關係的緊密程度也有助於創新輔導案的執行。

With the high competition on the environment, innovation ability plays an important role in the process of finding opportunity for enterprise. However, it always confronts plenty of challenge. Thank to guidance by consultant, it can bring new knowledge and new resource for enterprise. In addition, the research aims to the relationship among individual innovation ability, social network and consultation contents. Besides, it regard the relation between consultant and enterprise as moderator.
As a result of analysis, it shows that other network (friends or clients) have positive affection to consultants’ innovation ability, and the better innovation ability is help for implementing consultant contents. In addition to above, the relation between consultant and enterprise is also important factor we need to attach importance on in this industry. In the end, this study provides suggestions for consultant to help them do right decision and foster themselves.
