企業為因應市場快速變化,採用企業成長策略擴張經營項目,其中多角化策略是企業常採用的方法之一,而處於不熟悉的產品或市場,必須透過持續有效地學習,降低經營風險,並透過學習到多角化合作企業的知識與資源,增加未來潛在成長發展機會。本研究之研究結果根據理論和個案故事陳述,利用深度訪談探索個案公司多角化策略的發展歷程,瞭解知識學習對組織的影響,並探討有助組織未來成長的組織學習能力。
Enterprises develop business growth strategies to expand their business. Among those strategies, diversification strategy is one the common method to achieve companies’ goals. When a firm is in an unfamiliar market, it needs to keep learning effectively. The aim of organizational learning is to decrease business risks. Enterprises increase potential business after learning and obtaining knowledge from the companies they cooperate with. Therefore, the study presents the results by combining the theory of organizational learning and case study. Researcher uses in-depth interviews to explore the development process of the case companies’ learning. The study explores the organizational learning capability that a firm needs to have for its firm growth as well.
