臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

臺灣近年來，隨著國人生活水準提升，人們越來越重視生活品質。而在海洋及水域運動方面也逐漸引人注目;因此水域運動極具多元發展之潛力。另一方面與政府部門如何整合水域運動發展也是值得研究的課題。本研究主要目的在了解淡水河水上運動影響之因素。整體來說，倘若淡水河流域未來可能成為普及化的水上活動區域，尤其必須從法規制定、安全教育、河域管理上去改變整體的區域環境。加上主政者的配合，制定出有效合理規約，並結合獨木舟、帆船、滑水等水上推廣協會執行，皆是達到淡水河休閒水域活動不可或缺的成功要素。

During these years in Taiwan, with the rising of national living standards, people pay more and more attention to the quality of life. The field of oceanic and water sports catch people’s eye gradually, and it can have the potential of highly diversified developments. It’s worthy of study on how to integrate the development of water sports with government agencies. The main purpose of this study is to understand the factors that influence water sports on Tamsui River. Overall, in the future, if the Tamsui River basin is supposed to become a popular water sports area, the entire regional environment has to be changed, particularly in the aspects of formulating regulations, safety education, and river basin management. In addition, those in authority develop the effective and reasonable statutes in conjunction with the canoeing, sailing, water skiing, and the implementation from other water marketing associations, which are essential to the success of recreational water activities on Tamsui River.
