Results indicated that workplace friendship is negatively related to work-family conflict. And the impact of workplace friendship and work-family conflict was moderated by Facebook use attitude. For low workplace friendship, the work-family conflict of lower positive Facebook use attitude is lower than the work-family conflict of higher positive Facebook use attitude. For high workplace friendship, the work-family conflict of higher positive Facebook use attitude is lower than the work-family conflict of lower positive Facebook use attitude.

This study suggests that organization can create the environment which develop the friendship easily to reduce the work-family conflict, the employer should treat the Facebook positively. Also, organization can assist the employee who has weak workplace friendship.
