本研究旨在於瞭解教師在工作雕琢、心理安全與工作倦怠之關係,用問卷調查方式進行資料收集,發放對象為全國國中教師。問卷共發放500份,回收問卷394份,回收率為78.8%,扣除無效問卷17份,實際有效問卷377份,有效回收率為75.4%。有效樣本以描述性統計、因素分析、信度分析、相關分析及階層式迴歸進行分析。根據研究結果得到以下發現:
一、工作雕琢與工作倦怠有顯著負向的影響。亦即教師的工作雕琢程度越高,其工作倦怠愈低。
二、工作雕琢與心理安全有顯著正向的影響。亦即教師的工作雕琢程度越高,心理安全會愈高。
三、心理安全對工作倦怠有顯著負向的影響。亦即教師的心理安全愈高,其工作倦怠會愈低。
四、心理安全為工作雕琢與工作倦怠之關係具有部份中介效果。

The purpose of this study was to understand the teachers in the relationship between job crafting, psychological safety and job burnout, survey data collection, payment for the national state teachers. The questionnaires were distributed and 500 copies, 394 copies of questionnaires, the recovery rate was 78.8%, net of invalid questionnaires were 17, 377 copies of the actual valid questionnaires, the effective rate of 75.4%. Effective sample descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. According to the research results are the following findings:
1. Job crafting and job burnout significantly negative impact. That is, job crafting of teachers full higher the job burnout will be lower.
2.A significant positive impact, job crafting and psychological safety. That is, job crafting of teachers full higher the psychological safety will be higher.
3.Psychological safety significant negative impact on job burnout. That is, psychological safety of teachers full higher the job burnout will be lower.
4.Psychological safety has partial mediating effect relationship between job crafting and job burnout.
