本文以「好緣善意會」這個慈善團體為研究個案，該組織自篳路藍縷草創階段開始，至今已成功地在地區累積了不少的慈善成果；惟渠等之善行義舉卻因該團體尚未登記立案、僅能以口耳相傳的方式來組織及運作，其所能提供的慈善服務效益也因此受到了一定的限制。這樣的狀況使本文研究者不禁好奇，此類慈善團體，是否可以因為向政府申請立案，來結合各方資源，以擘劃出合宜的發展方向，進而提高其貢獻社會的能量與永續發展的可能性。
準此，為深入探究其發展脈絡，本文研究者透過焦點群體訪談，邀請已立案慈善團體理事長現身說法，藉由訪談提綱的提問、交流對話，讓理事長們透露出對於自身團體運作的法門以及罩門，就像是為「好緣善意會」舉辦一場立案說明會，使各方人馬互相省思腦力激盪，也為本文研究者提供了各種多元想法與考量的蛛絲馬跡，進而整理其可能的發展脈絡。
本研究以詮釋現象學的視框，針對立案與不立案歸納出以下七個主要的脈絡意涵：（一）人多好辦事、水大好行船；（二）相互幫襯引資源、推動公益不是夢（三）為善應讓人知、得道方能多助；（四）志願服務得榮譽、慈善教育向前行；（五） 減少外來干擾、達成單純成就；（六）樹大易招風、人多難管理；（七）掌握資源以自肥、不在其位卻謀其職。最後，本研究亦提出五點管理建議：（一）上下同心多溝通、內外齊步使命達；（二）穩定基石踏實走、政府立案起步衝；（三）善款物力不易得、點滴資源應珍惜；（四）行善結緣情義挺、地方公益帶頭行；（五）量己之力恆有心、逐步踏實善舉成。

This is the case study of “Goodwill Association”, a charity group. The association started hard but it has accumulated many charitable deeds in local district so far. However, it can only organize and operate by word of mouth because it didn’t register at local government. Thus, their commonweal activities and developments are somehow confined. This situation triggers the investigator curiosity about if this kind of charity groups can increase the attribution to the society and have the possibility to develop perpetually by registering at local government, gathering the resources from different sides and plan out the proper way to develop.
In terms of the study of if the registered charity groups and private charity groups, I concluded the seven meanings of it under the frame of explaining current situation:(1) more people, more strength to help others.(2)helping one another with resources, it won’t be hard to promote local commonwealth.(3)doing good should be known, thus people will acquire more assistance.(4)take being a volunteer as a glory and promote charity education further and wider.(5)decreasing the disturbances from outsiders, we can achieve our goals purely. (6)fame coms a price and it’s hard to manage a lot of people.(7) grasp the resources to graft them. Not being at the position but mind the business.
Last but not Least, This study can provide some pieces of advice:(1)united teamwork and communication is the key to make a goal to be accomplished well.(2)step on a stable basis, and then register at local government.(3)it’s not easy to gather donations, people should cherish them.(4)doing good with love and friendship, we can promote the local commonwealth from ourselves.(5)by measuring your ability and give aims with perseverance, philanthropic acts can be done step by step.
