本研究以使用LINE來作工作連繫之工作者為問卷收集對象。從工作者的觀點來瞭解其在LINE在工作上的自我效能對於工作活力、工作投入及工作績效等變數之影響性。本研究問卷共計發放212份問卷,共回收有效問卷208份。透過分析,本研究結果如下:
(一) 工作投入對工作績效有正向影響
(二) 工作活力對工作績效有正向影響
(三) 工作活力對工作投入有正向影響
(四) 工作活力透過工作投入影響工作績效
(五) LINE在工作上的自我效能對工作投入有正向影響
(六) LINE在工作上的自我效能透過工作投入影響工作績效
(七) LINE在工作上的自我效能對工作活力有正向影響
(八) LINE在工作上的自我效能透過工作活力影響工作績效
最後,以本研究結果進行管理意涵的討論,並提出後續研究建議。
In this study, the workers using LINE were associated with the collection of objects for the survey. From the standpoint of workers, this study wants to explore whether the relationships among the perceptions of LINE Self-Efficacy, Job Activity, Job Involvement, and Job Performance do exist. The study distributed a total of 212 questionnaires, and 208 valid questionnaires were collected. The results are as follows:
(一) Job Involvement has a positive impact on Job Performance.
(二) Job Activity has a positive impact on Job Performance.
(三) Job Activity has a positive impact on Job Involvement.
(四) Job Activity influences Job performance through job Involvement.
(五) LINE Self-Efficacy has a positive impact on Job Involvement.
(六) LINE Self-Efficacy influences Job performance through Job Involvement.
(七) LINE Self-Efficacy has a positive impact on Job Activity.
(八) LINE Self-Efficacy influences Job Performance through Job Activity.
According to the results of this study, management implications are discussed and suggests are made.
