臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

面對食品工業化的生產、商業化的包裝、國際化的行銷，目前許多民間團體、政府單位及校園，以各自力量推動食育的力量在全台各地茁壯。雖然滿懷熱情有心推動，有力從事，但台灣相關法令零散、體系尚未完備，缺乏立法使得食與農資源無法整合，有志從事者只能在熟悉領域摸索，默默付出，而教育對象也有限，更受限於經費無法延續，遇到很多困難，各界都在單打獨鬥。正因如此，本研究希望針對Mini Cook（迷你酷食育生活工作室）從事個案研究，透過質性研究中的「參與觀察」和「深度訪談」，深入食育現場，了解食育工作者在創業過程中的理念，特別是在藉由經驗分享與互動瞭解，觀察食育在台灣發展的現況，幫助釐清台灣兒童食育相關問題。

We faced the food with industrial production，commercial packaging， international marketing，many civil society organizations，government agencies and schools，to their forces to promote food education in all over Taiwan。Although determined to push forward with enthusiasm，strong in, but Taiwan's relevant laws and fragmented system has not been completed Lack of legislation resources on food and agricultural integrated，those interested people only put their efford on their familar field via quietly and lonely。
The object of education is limited，moreover，limited funds can not continue，We encounter many difficulties on food and agricultural education ，We are lonely without any backup，Therefore ， In this study， we want to engage in case studies for "" Mini Cook ""，Through "Participant Observation" and "Depth interviews" on the qualitative research，we face and depth into food education directly， To understand the concept of food education workers in the entrepreneurial process,especial on experience sharing by understanding and interaction，to observe the status of food education in Taiwan's development，to figure it out the issue related to children's dietary education.。
