臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

　　隨著全球文化的快速變遷，環境也開始惡化，使得社會也開始重視環境問題。在社會導入綠色物流的趨勢之下，物流企業決定開始發展綠色物流，其可能因此而面臨成本提升致使服務變動等問題，因此本研究希望能從客戶端的角度著手，當物流企業因為導入綠色物流而造成服務品質變動的情況下，找出物流公司因為具備何項綠色物流因素使顧客仍舊願意支付相同或更多之代價配合物流公司的服務變動。
　　本研究透過修正式德菲法設計問卷，再利用探索性因素分析萃取出本研究之變數，最後再將所萃取之變數以多元線性回歸去驗證本研究之目的。
　　本研究之結果發現，從財務面來看「企業綠色行為態度」及「綠色倉儲設備及設施」與財務成本呈現顯著正相關，「簡化包裝材料」則與財務成本呈現顯著負相關；從非財務面來看「包裝材料再利用」及「綠色倉儲設施及設備」對於非財務成本呈現顯著正相關。
　　整合上述財務及非財務面幾項看來，「企業綠色行為態度」、「綠色倉儲設備及設施」、「包裝材料再利用」是影響範圍較多的變數，因此企業後續發展可以先從此三要素著手，或是依據企業本身所重視之服務選擇該朝具備何項綠色物流因素發展。

　　In the rapidly changing world of today, the environment was changed as pollution increased and the concrete began to deteriorate. So that, people began to pay attention to global environmental issues. Under the trend of environmental issues, Logistics companies decided to start the development of green logistics. Logistics companies may therefore face increased costs resulting service changes and other issues. So this study hope that from the client''s perspective to understand the conditions required of the logistics companies.
　　The study’s questionnaire was designed by modified Delphi method, later use exploratory factor analysis to extracted variables of this study, finally use this variables in multiple linear regression to verify the purpose of this study.
　　The results of this study found, from financial perspective, "Corporate green behavior and attitude " and "Green storage equipment and facilities" presented significant positive correlation with financial costs. "Simplified packaging material" presented significant negative correlation with financial costs. From non-financial perspective, "Packaging recycling" and " Green storage equipment and facilities " presented significant positive correlation with non-financial costs
　　Therefore, "Corporate green behavior and attitude ", "green storage equipment and facilities", "packaging recycling" is more scope variables, so logistics companies can follow this three elements to develop green logistics.
