企業傳承規劃可以引導企業持續的發展和轉型,本文以質性研究方式,採探索性的個案研究方法及理論研究架構,以台灣某一公司之企業傳承規劃為例,對台灣某一公司的九位成員進行焦點群體深度訪談, 藉以瞭解台灣某一公司之企業傳承規劃議題的考慮因素、企業傳承規劃的發展和企業傳承規劃方法的應用,並且歸納出需以系統化、架構化及過程化的方式進行企業傳承規劃,以整體性的企業評價,為企業評估最適的永續發展方案,讓企業長治久安。

Business succession planning could lead an enterprise to the goal of sustainable development and opportunity of transformation. This study uses the method of qualitative research to approach the exploratory case study based on theoretical framework. Taking business succession planning for a company in Taiwan as an example, this article aims to understand the consideration of business succession planning issues, development of succession planning, application of methods of succession planning for a company in Taiwan by conducting focus-group interviews with 9 members in the company, and it gives a summary of necessity of applying a systematic, frame-working, and procedural approach to proceed business succession planning, and determining the best workable solution of sustainable development program to lead to long-term survival and success with holistic business evaluation.
