憂鬱的情緒已然是國人及現代社會人民生活的困擾之一,Back曾在1967年提出的憂鬱認知模式指出特定的認知思考方式會影響個體的情緒,本研究主要之研究目的在了解特定的完美主義特質、反芻性思考方式和生活壓力與憂鬱情緒四者間之關係,並探討性別及年級的差異情形,以期建構完美主義、反芻性思考與生活壓力對憂鬱情緒之解釋模型。
  
為完成研究目的,本研究抽取台灣地區北、中、南三區105年度在學之大學生,採問卷調查法蒐集資料,以回收的正式樣本共1476人進行巢式迴歸分析。測量工具包含援引並修訂題目的「完美主義量表」、「反芻性思考量表」、「大學生生活壓力量表」以及「董氏憂鬱量表-大專生版」。
  
本研究結果發現:(1)不同性別的大學生在期望與落差型完美主義有顯著差異。(2)大約只有兩成的大學生有憂鬱的情緒。(3)大學生在對未來的就業壓力感受最高,自我認同壓力次高,其次是課業壓力。(4)六個壓力類型中,人際壓力、就業壓力和自我認同壓力有性別差異存在。(5)不同年級大學生的家庭壓力、課業壓力、就業壓力有差異存在。(6)不同性別的大學生在情緒焦點反芻思考有顯著的差異存在。(7)完美主義、反芻性思考與生活壓力皆與憂鬱有相關。
  
最後,本研究根據研究發現提出實務上及未來研究之建議。
The Purpose of this study was to examined the relationship among perfectionism, rumination, life stress, and depression in college students, and analyze the differences between gender and grade.

In this study, the data was collected by questionnaire and the valid sample consists of 1476 college students in Taiwan in 2016. The four instruments adopted in the study included the Almost perfectionism scale-revised (APS-R), the Life stress scale of college, the Muiltidimensional rumination questionnaire (MRQ), and John Tung's depression scale-for college. Statistical analyses included descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and nested regression model analysis.

The main results showed: (1) There were discrepancy of perfectionism differences between male and female. (2) Almost 20% college students in Taiwan had depression disturbance. (3)In six types of life stress, the feeling of employment pressure was highest. (4) There were significant differences of interpersonal, employment and self-identity pressure between genders. (5)There were significant differences of family, academic and employment pressure between grades. (6)There were significant differences of emotional focused rumination between genders. (7)There were relationshiop between perfectionism, rumination, life stress and depression.
