學習樂器的過程不免大量的練習,若獨自一人面對枯燥乏味的重複練習,此疲乏且無趣的過程經常會讓學習者卻步,而在彈奏鋼琴時,還續要同時解讀樂譜上的所有符號,比如繁雜的升降記號、多變的節奏型態或是彈奏雙音等,這對初學者來說,往往會是學習過程中的絆腳石,使得初學者的信心倍受打擊。

本論文透過半自動簡化樂譜的方式,讓使用者可以選擇自己想彈奏的曲子,加強練習動機並藉由不同程度的簡化方式,原版樂譜產生不同難易度的樂譜,學習者依照自己的能力及程度選擇適合的譜,藉此循序漸進地學習。此系統因此可幫助學習者自主學習,達到輔助學習的效果。
The process of practicing musical instruments can be tiring and tedious for the beginners when they practice alone. They usually feel bored during uninteresting and repeated practice. In the meantime, they must understand all kinds of symbols in the music scores. Beginners may feel frustrated if they cannot handle the accidentals, different kinds of rhythm and the coordination between hands.

To help beginner to conquer such difficulty, this study aims to develop a score simplifying system, by which beginners can study musical instruments step by step. After importing scores, the system generates simplified scores with different difficulties so users can choose suitable scores according to their ability. In this way, the system can help the learner learned piano by themselves.
