本研究旨在探討身心障礙者家庭,特別是具有社交障礙的自閉症及動作障礙的腦性麻痺,其照顧者在為其家中身心障礙者從事休閒活動時的動機與休閒活動的調查。研究目的在瞭解自閉症和腦性麻痺家庭,照顧者在從事休閒的動機有哪些?所從事的休閒活動有哪些?兩種不同障礙類型及障礙程度,在休閒動機與休閒活動選擇上是否有所差異。
透過腦性麻痺協會與自閉症家長協進會的協助,共收集60位填答者的意見,經整理統計後結果嘗試探討下列問題:
1、腦性麻痺者家庭選擇休閒活動的動機與休閒活動為何?
2、自閉症者家庭選擇休閒活動的動機與休閒活動為何?
3、腦性麻痺與自閉症者家庭在休閒動機與休閒活動的選擇有哪些差異?
本研究結果發現,自閉症和腦性麻痺者家庭,在休閒動機上雖各有異,然仍有其相似之處。因此,藉由這些相似之處,我們可以為類似自閉症有社交或情緒困擾的障礙者,如思覺失調症(舊稱精神分裂症)、注意力缺陷過動症(ADHD)、憂鬱症等情感性疾患,以及動作能力受限的障礙,如腦性麻痺、肢體障礙、發展遲緩等,所設計的休閒活動可以強調增進認知功能、促進社會互動、促使家人緊密聯繫的動機,以鼓勵他們親自參與休閒活動。故,諸如博物館參訪、美術館參觀、在地文化體驗、團康活動、泡湯、露營、烤肉等休閒活動的設計。
The aim of this study was to investigate the leisure motivation and activities for the families with the disables children, especially for the disabilities with socially impairment and physically impairment.
We included 60 participants to fill the Leisure Motivation and Activities Scale through the google tablet. This study tried to discuss the following questions:
1.What are the leisure motivations and activities for the families with cerebral palsy children?
2.What are the leisure motivations and activities for the families with autistic spectrum disorder children?
3.What are the differences between the families with cerebral palsy or autistic spectrum disorder children on the issues of leisure motivations and activities?
The results show that we can apply the activities such as the museum visiting, local culture experience, camping, and so on to improve the interpersonal relationship abilities for both cerebral palsy and autistic spectrum disorder children. Boccia is a good activity for the children with cerebral palsy for its physical improvement. Camping is also a good activity for the children with autistic spectrum disorder for its interaction with lots of people.
