台灣已逐漸步入老年化社會。長照政策是政府施政的焦點。其中，照顧服務員(簡稱照服員)人力不足與專業形象低落是重要的議題。然而，過去在照服員專業自我形象上的量表研究上缺乏。本研究乃因應此缺口而生。本研究以文獻回顧及Belimage護士量表為基礎，採用專家訪談方法，企圖開發照服員專業自我形象問卷之相關構面及問項題組。根據研究結果究彙整出照服員專業自我形象的三大主構面:「個人照顧技術能力」、「個人照顧價值」與「照顧團隊運作」；以及相關量表問項共82題。並提出相關結果應用及未來研究方向之建議。

Taiwan has stepped into an aging society. Long-term care policy is a crucial focus of government policy making. The insufficient manpower and low professional self-image of long-term care attendants (or aides) are two important issues. However, there is no scale of measuring long-term care attendants’ professional self-image. This research intends to fill in this gap. Based on a literature review and Belimage Nursing Scales, this research using an expert in-depth interview method intends to explore a pool of constructs and related scales indicators of long-term care attendant’s professional self-image. According to research findings, long-term care attendants’ professional self-image contains three major constructs: long-term care professional skills and competence, individual long-term care value and teamwork. In total, there are 82 scale indicators suggested. In addition, applications and future study directions are also presented.
