Situated the crossroads of 21st Century, which direction should Taiwan take? William Butler Yeats, an Irish poet, once said “Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire.” The education, therefore, is the key to national prosperity. The “Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage” adopted by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) started the global natural and cultural heritage conservation and heritage movement. Based on the concept of integrating cultural heritage preservation with community involvement, community museums is given more attention. Taijiang, the origin of Taiwan culture, is a valuable asset to be preserved for future generations. This research reveals Taijiang’s local characteristics and, based on the vision of intelligent lifestyle listed in Executive Yuan’s “ide@ Taiwan 2020 Policy: White Paper”, integrates digital technology with culture to enhance the value mutually. Meanwhile, through the education inheritance, the students carry out experience learning of Taijiang so that they learn to resonate with their living environment and then build up their own thinking. Furthermore, the experience learning turns into personal knowledge and wisdom, and then possess the "get away with" ability in order to face future trials and challenges. By utilizing digital multimedia technology, this research conducts digital innovation-addition on Taijiang’s unique characteristics. It is then stored according to three major topics of “Taijiang Elegancy Flourishing Education”, “Healing, Blessing and Sacrifice God of Worship” and “Multi- LOHAS New Blessed Land” to present the valuable aspect that Taijiang is the origin of Taiwan’s history and culture. Google Maps is further integrated to build a learning platform for “Learning and Experiencing New Education on Taijiang Elegancy” and arrange an experiencing route under three topics of “History and Culture New Education”, “Religious Passing through Education” and “Experiencing Learning Cheerful Education.” Blended with history and environment education, students experience the multiculturalism enchantment via visiting and understand the beauty of Taijiang culture. Starting from knowing their hometown, students then become intimate with and loving their hometown. Involving with the training on tour and descant provided by community museum, students understand and then show the beauty of Taijiang. Since localization is the best approach to reach globalization, allowing students taking action to enhance localism and express hometown passion will train the students to become future citizens with a global perspective and local feelings
